Statement of Assessment
- The conclusions of the Parish Council about the impact of the proposed byelaws on those affected by it
Henham Parish Council does not believe there is any impact upon residents of Henham Parish or visiting people. The new byelaws merely update the language and style of the existing byelaws and make the rules and regulation clear and unambiguous for people to understand.
- The conclusions of the Parish Council about whether or not the proposed byelaws will result in an increased regulatory burden
Henham Parish Council does not believe that there is any increase in the regulatory burden to residents of Henham Parish and or visiting people. The Objective is to simplify and modernise the existing byelaws which were written in 1929, to bring them up to date.
